System Engineer Role

This position involves collaborating with internal teams to configure and troubleshoot our products. As a System Engineer, you will deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions for internal teams and customers.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve queries from internal teams.
  • Develop tools to reduce errors and improve the customer experience.
  • Analyze root causes of production errors.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, deploying updates and fixes.
  • Automate visualization using scripts.
  • Establish procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting, Scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM.
  • Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat.
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing).
  • Familiarity with UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage.
  • Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault.
  • Technical exposure to various technologies is advantageous.
  • Packaging installation, patch management, and upgrades.
  • Basic understanding of Shell scripting, Python, Perl languages.
  • Familiarity with best practices and IT operations in always-up, always-available services.
