This is a highly specialized role that requires extensive experience in touch display design, development, and testing.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure all requirements and functionalities are met for touch display modules.
- Hands-on experience in testing in-cell and out-cell touch display modules, as well as touch tuning and display calibrations.
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering best practices.
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities for touch display subsystems, ensuring effective execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional groups to understand requirements and meet quality standards.
- Monitor test progress and metrics, ensuring the overall quality of the touch display module meets project standards and criteria.
- Evaluate and refine test processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Select appropriate testing tools and technologies, including test management and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans for touch display modules.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop test strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in touch display design and testing.
- Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
