We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our investments team in Gurgaon. This challenging and rewarding opportunity will be based on the office, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the premises.

Job Description

This is an ideal chance for a talented individual with a passion for investments, strong analytical skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment. The role involves developing asset allocation solutions for institutional clients, preparing portfolio evaluation reports, and making recommendations to clients basis the manager search and selection for various investment strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic investment plans for high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, foundations, and pension funds based on their unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
  • Preparing regular market updates, sector analysis, and economic insights to inform client decisions.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including asset managers, fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers.
  • Providing ongoing monitoring and review of client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.
  • Assisting in the development of new business opportunities and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

About You:

  • Prior experience in asset management or financial services, preferably across multiple asset classes and investment disciplines; at least 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics with demonstrated academic achievement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
