Network and Telecom Specialist
The purpose of this role is to oversee the management of a large-scale networking environment, consisting of 100+ nodes.
This position requires a strong background in Cisco networking, with experience working with Cisco telephony products, particularly Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone number transfers from analog and SIP providers
- Oversee the enterprise WAN/LAN/WLAN environment
- Configure and troubleshoot wireless networks
- Implement and manage Fortinet SDWAN technologies
- Provide primary support for the network infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in LAN/WAN networking environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design, implement, and manage complex networking solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with on-prem Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers
- Knowledge of wireless networking best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
