IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and configure business requirements on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of user stories, configurations, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
  • Prepare high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents, architecture designs, and technical documentation as specified and internally required.
  • Work with the platform team to update technology direction and strategy, manage business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.
  • Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help maximize business results from the ServiceNow software.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT software, custom app development, with minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, system integrations, and development of ITOM.
