Identity and Access Management Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure identity and access management systems to protect organizational assets. This includes executing and monitoring user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes in Active Directory and UNIX.

  • Analyze access control policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate insider threat and non-compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Microsoft Entra ID features, including single sign-on (SSO), conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Design and integrate SSO solutions leveraging SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and WS-Fed standards.
  • Manage Azure Enterprise Apps integration and access management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to remediate IAM-related issues, generate reports, and provide status updates.
  • Respond to audit requests and participate in regulatory inspections.
Requirements:
  • Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and conditional access policies.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards and protocols, including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and WS-Fed.
  • Familiarity with different types of SSO initiation methods supported by SAML.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and Azure Enterprise Apps.
  • Familiarity with AWS IAM is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Proven experience in Identity and Access Management operations.
  • Hands-on experience with access governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit support.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams to support IAM compliance and remediation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
