Cloud Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Manager to lead our Azure DevOps team in the US. The team is responsible for ensuring the delivery of our promise: always available, always reliable, and always responsive.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to guide priorities for the team, set technical direction, and execute on strategy.

About the Role
  • Nurture and influence a team culture of customer obsession, continuous improvement, reflection, and growth.
  • Manage and grow a diverse team of highly capable engineers building performant, scalable, and compliant developer services.
  • Lead the team in adopting new technologies, tools, and practices from Microsoft and industry.

Work with partners across Microsoft to execute on key cross-team initiatives and ensure delightful end-to-end engineering experiences.

Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience with at least two of the following: C#, C++, Java, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, React, or ASP.NET.
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing, building, and running Cloud Services at large scale.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Effective communication is essential as we are a distributed team.
