We are seeking an experienced Large Language Model (LLM) trainer with a strong background in Japanese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of training and improving LLMs, as well as working on various AI projects and initiatives.

As an LLM Trainer Japanese, you will be responsible for training and improving LLMs to enable them to perform complex tasks such as answering questions, generating text, and translating languages.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of LLMs, as well as experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills in English and be able to follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency.
