About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Services Manager to lead our clinical care services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan, implement and evaluate all clinical care services provided at the Unit.
  • To oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality and patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs at the Unit.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining patient care protocol and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines for patient care and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Provides clinical and administrative direction for the clinical operation of medical departments and services.
  • Supports medical audits as required.
  • Manages various committees like infection control committee, ethics committee etc at the Unit.
Requirements
  • Qualification: MBBS + MHA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
