Chief Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Senior Laboratory Executive to lead our Pre-Clinical Pathology Lab. This critical role requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
About the Role:
This position involves planning, execution, and monitoring of blood collection from laboratory animals, anesthesia/euthanasia, necropsy examination, tissue trimming, slide staining, histopathological reading, clinical chemistry, hematology, coagulation parameters & urine analysis, quality control, SOP preparation, instrument maintenance, and review of in-house test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute studies with precision, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement robust protocols for sample collection, handling, and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and conclusions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the lab.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management.
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
