Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models.

This includes combining deep technical expertise in traditional ML, data science, and deep learning to drive innovation and strategic direction. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building, fine-tuning, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models for scalable production-grade solutions across multiple domains, including NLP, Vision, and Audio.
  2. Staying current with state-of-the-art research in machine learning and deep learning, translating complex theoretical knowledge into practical business applications.
  3. Leading the development of sophisticated deployment strategies and robust monitoring frameworks to ensure continuous performance evaluation and iterative improvement.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with strategic business outcomes.
  5. Guiding junior engineers and promoting high engineering standards within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Strong understanding of traditional machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced data science concepts.
  • Ability to implement and fine-tune complex neural network architectures, including transformer-based models, CNNs, and RNNs.
