Job Opportunity: Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to lead our production team in the timely and efficient fabrication of high-quality products.

  • Plan and coordinate daily fabrication activities according to the production schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols. Leadership and hands-on supervision skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage workforce allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools.
  2. Promote productivity (output per man-day), control rework, and minimize delays.
  3. Ensure timely submission of WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability.
