About the Role

This is a remote opportunity that requires working during U.S. night hours.

As a Senior Program Advisor, you will work 5.5 days a week in a flexible setting.

We help candidates prepare for top tech interviews by providing an intense prep course led by experienced professionals from top companies.

We are completely remote and hire talented individuals regardless of location.

  • Communicate with customers and make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential clients' questions and send additional information via email.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Create and update customer records in CRM.
  • Explain and demonstrate product features.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Closing deals and achieving targets.

As a Senior Program Advisor, you will have complete autonomy, work with a high-performing team, and receive competitive incentives and perks.
