Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Content Coordinator to support our partners in managing their content on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in partner and project management, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a remote position, open to candidates based in India or willing to relocate.

  • Role 1: ART & CULTURE Partner Content Coordination
  • Provide individual access to the Content Management System for each partner
  • Guide partners through the standard lifecycle of ingestion, curation, and publication
  • Troubleshoot any errors or issues preventing partners from using the platform
  • Communicate progress and project status to stakeholders
  • Coordinate digitization of partner collections (optional)
  • Role 2: Partner Content Amplification
  • Support partners in amplifying their content visibility through content audits, overviews, and documentation
  • Organize and logistically manage physical events for content promotion
  • Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution
  • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues
  • Role 3: Prospects Coordination
  • Present Client Arts & Culture offer to prospects interested in becoming partners
  • Outline terms and conditions, digitization tools, and content management system
  • Execute tasks related to prospect management, including process incoming requests and conduct outreach
  • Use and keep up-to-date presentation materials and coordination tools
  • Request approvals from designated program managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong skills in partner and project management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Knowledge of content management systems and digitization processes
