Job Opportunity: Content Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced content manager to oversee content editing, publishing, and quality control across our global websites. This role plays a key part in ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines, while supporting a seamless and accessible user experience across multiple markets.

This individual will be responsible for editing, publishing, and maintaining content across multiple global websites, building and updating pages using Storyblok CMS, and ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines. The successful candidate will also conduct regular content audits and quality assurance checks, coordinate translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency, maintain high editorial standards across all web content, perform ongoing quality checks to ensure content integrity, enforce accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities, structure and present content to enhance overall user experience, support UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies, work closely with the web team to plan and execute prioritized activities, provide guidance and feedback to content creators and external contributors, and support website migrations and contribute to the global web roadmap.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content management for global or multi-market websites is essential. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred) is required. A strong attention to detail and editorial skills are necessary. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices is required. Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience is necessary. Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors are required. Experience working in multilingual content environments is essential. Understanding of SEO best practices for web content is necessary. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively is required. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are necessary.
