Role Overview

  • Create intelligent ML models for advanced requirement understanding and automation.
  • Design scalable, production-grade AI pipelines and APIs to meet business needs.
  • Own the deployment lifecycle, including model serving, monitoring, and continuous delivery to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to guarantee data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Work on large-scale data processing and real-time pipelines to extract valuable insights.
  • Contribute to Dev Ops practices such as containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of ML systems in production to drive business growth.
  • Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and translate innovations into product enhancements to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering with shipped products that demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Proficient in Python (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn) and its applications in AI development.
  • Strong software engineering practices: version control, testing, documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and model deployment techniques to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to enable flexibility.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and scalable data pipelines (Apache Spark, Kafka, Ray, Dask, etc.) to handle complex data challenges.
  • Good understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and model performance optimization to ensure efficient system operation.

  • Experience with natural language processing, document understanding, or LLM (Large Language Model) to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies to leverage structured data effectively.
  • Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system reliability and performance.
