Job Description

An on-site role as an Engineer-Procurement based in requires strong supplier evaluation skills along with effective communication and organizational abilities to drive business growth.

This position involves managing purchase orders and analyzing procurement data to ensure smooth operations within the team and other departments. Managing vendor relationships effectively is crucial.

  • Evaluating suppliers and handling RFQs is key.
  • Managing Purchase Orders efficiently is essential.
  • Daily interactions with suppliers and effective communication are vital.
  • Analyzing procurement data to optimize operations drives efficiency.

A degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is required along with relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain management. Proficiency in procurement software and tools is necessary.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and select reliable vendors.
  2. Manage purchase orders from start to finish.
  3. Handle requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate prices effectively.
  4. Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure effective communication within the procurement team and with other departments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
