Marketing and Loyalty Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing and Loyalty Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, using SQL to explore data, conduct performance analyses, identify opportunities, and proactively suggest initiatives to meet campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, strong proactive and structured communication skills, and the ability to understand business context to optimize ad performance. They will also be able to work with very large data sets, manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL to gather and organize data from various sources
  • Conduct performance analyses, identify opportunities, and proactively suggest initiatives to meet campaign objectives
  • Create, modify, and automate reports and dashboards
  • Clearly and effectively communicate relevant information to decision makers using data visualization tools
  • Strategize and build custom, curated audiences for brands based on campaign goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Analytics
  • Strong proactive and structured communication skills
  • Ability to understand business context to optimize ad performance
  • Experience working with very large data sets, manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources
