Trusted by many of the largest companies globally Accertify is the leading digital platform assessing risk across the entire customer journey from Account Monitoring and Payment Risk to Refund Fraud and Dispute Management Accertify helps maximize revenues and user experience while minimizing loss and customer friction We offer ultra-fast decision-making and precise control ensuring our customers are always confidently in the drivers seat and ready to MoveAtTheSpeedOfRight Be in the drivers seat of your career as an Analyst-Data Science with the industry leader- and build a career you can trust The Data Analyst collects organizes and analyzes large datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions Collaborating with cross-functional teams they will identify data needs and develop solutions to address key business challenges By leveraging their technical expertise and business acumen the Data Analyst will provide accurate meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization Responsibilities Collect clean and analyze large datasets using Tableau and Excel Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver analytical solutions Identify trends patterns and outliers in data to uncover insights and drive business actions Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to suggest improvements and innovative approaches Provide monthly packages in Excel and PowerPoint for the clients Experience Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong background in data collection data cleaning and statistical analysis Experience in translating complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations Functional Skills Capabilities Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and interpret large datasets Strong problem-solving abilities to identify patterns trends and outliers Proficiency in data visualization techniques to present findings effectively Knowledge of statistical concepts and methods for hypothesis testing and regression analysis Attention to detail and ability to work with complex and structured data Technical Skills Capabilities Proficiency in SQL Excel and PowerPoint Ability to leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of C is a plus Knowledge of Platforms Experience working with data management platforms data lakes and data warehouses Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is a plus Behavioral Skills Capabilities Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Academic Background Minimum of a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics Statistics Computer Science or related disciplines Additional certifications in data analytics or related fields are a plus Additional Details Candidates based in Delhi NCR India would work in a hybrid 3 days in-office per week capacity from the Accertify office located in Gurgaon Haryana Visa Sponsorship Employment eligibility to work for Accertify in India is required as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position Powered by JazzHR
