Performance Marketing Expert
Description:
A performance marketing expert is needed to manage and scale high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in these platforms and be able to work directly with leadership and senior marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
Manage performance campaigns across various industries, including e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and WhatsApp lead generation.
Optimize campaigns daily by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
Test A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
Analyze campaigns and uncover insights to recommend next steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (2–3 years).
Hands-on expertise in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
AI-driven mindset with comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
Creative and analytical balance with the ability to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
