Technical Leadership and Innovation

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will lead the design and implementation of backend infrastructure and APIs. Your expertise in building high-quality, robust, and scalable code is essential to drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
  • Develop AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teams to discuss and implement ideas, leveraging system strategies including load balancing, caching, service discovery, rate limiting, disaster recovery, and observability.
  • Implement responsive, robust, and optimized applications, utilizing skills in Java Spring Boot, Python, Android, containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Work with a variety of data storage solutions, including RDBMS (SQL), PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and apply object-oriented design and design patterns effectively.
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex, high-performance systems.
  • Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems with real-world performance trade-off understanding.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and understanding of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful services, Kafka-based messaging, multithreading, and inter-process communication.
