We are seeking a talented Gen-AI Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a core member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying cutting-edge Gen-AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Engineering & Strategy: Develop and refine prompts for tone, style, accuracy, and robustness to drive business outcomes.
  • LLM Orchestration & Integration: Design and implement LLM workflows using LangChain (or similar), handling chaining, agent logic, and prompt orchestration.
  • Feature Development & Deployment: Ship GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent API–driven features via Python backends within agile product timelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, ML engineers, and backend teams to shape prompt-driven enterprise features.

Requirements:

  • Prompt Engineering Mastery: Experience with nuanced craft of structure, style, tone, contextual framing—plus hands-on prompt versioning and prompt-engineering heuristics.
  • LLM-Oriented Dev: Solid LangChain (or equivalent) knowledge—prompt chaining, agent workflows, embeddings, orchestration.
  • Python Proficiency: Scripting, API services, backend architectures.
  • Analytical UX Mindset: Drive prompt decisions with metrics from evaluation, performance tracking, and A/B results.
