- Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp to ensure accuracy and transparency.">">
- Reach out to parents who have submitted inquiries, asking about their experience and how we can assist them further.">">
- Maintain basic records of outreach and feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement.">
Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.">">
- Excellent interpersonal skills, being friendly, empathetic, and confident when interacting with schools, parents, and staff.">">
