Senior Performance Marketer

A seasoned Senior Performance Marketer will lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role develops, executes, and manages paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment, and scale the customer base.

The ideal candidate has expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory with a deep understanding of sales cycles, customer lifetime value, and ongoing user retention.
  • Develops and executes performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Leads the creation and management of paid campaigns ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Analyzes campaign performance continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitors and manages daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conducts A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Builds and manages the marketing budget tracking spend against performance goals and optimizes for cost-efficiency.
  • Keeps up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drives growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
