Job Title: Child Safety Educator

As a dedicated Child Safety Educator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering safer environments for children and young individuals. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate sessions to students from standards 4th to 9th, focusing on Good Touch and Bad Touch concepts. Additionally, they will educate students and educators on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012, including their rights and responsibilities.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A background in training, education, people communication, client communication, or social work is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Awareness Programs: Develop and deliver customized training sessions to suit the needs of students and educators.
  • Educate on POCSO Act: Provide comprehensive guidance on the POCSO Act, ensuring participants understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Resource Development: Create and adapt content to meet the evolving needs of students and adhere to POCSO Act guidelines.
  • Parent & Educator Guidance: Offer training and support to educators and employers, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding child safety protocols.
  • Impact Measurement: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, incorporating feedback from schools and participants to continually improve delivery.
