Job Title: Data Manager

The Data Manager is a pivotal role in driving business decisions, enhancing operational efficiency, and fueling organizational growth through expert data collection, management, security, and analysis.

About the Role:
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Develop a comprehensive database by consolidating data from multiple sources, including Go portal renewal data, Motor Health, Non-Motor insurance data, Paid promotion data, and purchased data from external sources. Ensure proper integration, standardization, and easy access for informed decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence Specialist: Assign renewal data to Business Development Officers (BDOs) for timely follow-ups, allocate purchased data by category (Motor Health, Non-Motor), and publish allocation reports to track team performance and business growth.
  • Data Security Administrator: Protect data from unauthorized access, breaches, or loss by regularly updating CRM passwords and limiting access to authorized personnel only. Restrict third-party access unless officially approved.
  • Team Performance Analyst: Ensure accurate and fair distribution of renewal data to relevant teams and agents, track whether assigned data is being followed up effectively, and monitor team-wise progress and consistency in performance.
  • Creative Marketing Strategist: Create engaging content for digital campaigns, regularly update social media platforms, ensure brand consistency, manage paid promotions, optimize targeting, and track performance metrics. Provide daily updates and analyze digital campaign outcomes.
  • Strategic Growth Consultant: Analyze metrics such as revenue, policy sales, and customer acquisition, evaluate staff performance, and the impact of training programs. Identify improvement areas and new growth opportunities.
