Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING DOCTORS, KOLS, PARAMEDICAL STAFF, AND PURCHASE AUTHORITIES
- COORDINATE WITH DISTRIBUTORS AND DEALERS TO ENSURE SUPPLY AND LIQUIDATION OF PRODUCTS
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMA/MEDTECH INDUSTRY
- Strong business acumen and ability to handle price negotiation and discussion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
