Job Title: Graphic Art Specialist

As a skilled creative professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual solutions and assets for urban-planning and urban-design focused presentations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the design team to deliver innovative artwork and creative assets.
  • Prepare engaging presentations, graphical brochures, and reports of high quality.
  • Create high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Produce high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
  • Liaise with colleagues seamlessly.
  • Work flexible late hours as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web-pages.
