Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging opportunity in graphic design? We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on creating high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually appealing designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
