Job Role

As a skilled Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the region. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to field complaints and provide prompt service support at client sites.
  • Handle commissioning calls, verifying correct installation, testing, and performance verification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, with a preference for experience with Gas Engines.
  • Minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
  • Contribute to Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and other aftermarket growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with experience working with Gas Engines.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.
