Key Responsibilities
  • Design a novel framework for software development that integrates Generative AI at its core, spanning requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for using Generative AI in their daily workflows, provide guidance, training, and support to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop bespoke AI solutions to automate software development life cycle tasks, including creating tools using Large Language Models, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for knowledge management, and developing intelligent AI agents to handle complex processes.
  • Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models on internal codebases and data to create specialized models that comprehend our unique context and requirements.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously evaluating new tools and techniques to further enhance our development processes and solve project-specific challenges.
Requirements
  • 8-14 years of experience in software development, with proven experience as a Technical Lead/Architect or a similar senior engineering role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, architecting, and building scalable, large-scale enterprise applications from the ground up.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (e.g., GPT series, Claude, Llama, Mistral), vector databases, and embedding models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
  • Practical experience in fine-tuning open-source Large Language Models for specific tasks.
  • Proficiency in developing AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain or similar.
  • Deep understanding of the entire software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse technical teams.
