Ecommerce Category Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our category management efforts. This role involves driving revenue growth, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research and understand competition & market trends.
- Develop good relationship management skills, including knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Lead the team in product category, A+ content, and search engine optimization to achieve best listings.
- Manage relationships with related personnel within designated marketplaces.
- Work with operations to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, working with management & seniors to forecast future performance and maintain accurate data.
- Handle Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management, Brand management.
- 3-5 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a degree from Tier 1 colleges preferred.
- Interest and willingness to work with beauty and personal care sector is advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and handle inventory management.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels.
