English Audio-to-Text Annotation Specialist

We are seeking highly experienced professionals with strong expertise in converting English audio into accurate text transcripts.

  • Proficiency in audio editing and engineering skills is essential for this role.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in American English with a focus on accent, idioms, and vocabulary.
  2. Strong command of audio visual systems and live sound requirements.
  3. Knowledge of social media platforms is beneficial but not required.
  4. Background in linguistics or English language is advantageous.
  5. Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Transcribe American English audio into text with emphasis on accuracy and context.
  2. Work with structured JSON files for annotations and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  3. Utilize annotation tools to label and organize transcriptions effectively.
  4. Maintain high-quality work standards and deliver accurate results.
  5. Collaborate with the QA team for feedback and continuous improvement.
