Workfront Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion administration and development.

The successful applicant will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workfront and Workfront Fusion to meet business requirements, designing and optimizing workflow automation processes, and developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.

In addition, the Workfront Developer will provide troubleshooting and post-launch support to ensure smooth operation of Workfront solutions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Workfront and Workfront Fusion to meet business requirements.
  • Design and optimize workflow automation processes, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • Provide troubleshooting and post-launch support to ensure smooth operation of Workfront solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project management, IT, and business stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion administration and development.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation and lifecycle management, project and portfolio management (PPM), Workfront object model, custom forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Workfront Fusion scenario creation and optimization, role and permission management.
  • Proficient in configuring and managing custom forms, reports, templates, dashboards, portfolios, and user roles in Workfront.
  • Skillled in designing and optimizing automation scenarios, integrating third-party systems using Workfront Fusion, and managing end-to-end workflows.
  • Experience with JavaScript for scripting logic within Fusion scenarios and enhancing integration functionality.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs for integrating Workfront with external systems and services.

  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to train users and create user-friendly documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues independently.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, process governance, and reporting within Workfront.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams effectively.
