Hardware Simulation Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Simulation Engineer to lead simulation efforts for products and portfolios. This role requires an experienced hardware engineer with expertise in electronics simulations, standard tools, and processes.

The successful candidate will define the simulation scope, execute the delivery of simulations, and develop a community of practitioners by working with engineering and design functions across the organization. They will also be responsible for executing the simulation strategy and maintaining high-quality simulation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform electronics simulations on PCB, enclosure, and system levels using standard simulation tools.
  2. Deploy customized simulation solutions and implement processes across the organization to reduce product development cycle time.
  3. Lead simulation efforts for products and portfolios, defining the simulation scope and executing the delivery of simulations.
  4. Develop a community of practitioners by working with engineering and design functions across the organization.
Requirements
  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronic HW design and simulation, testing, thermal analysis, EMI/EMC testing.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics simulation tools such as Ansys EDT, SIwave, HFSS/HFSS 3D, EMA3D, HyperLynx, and Maxwell.
