Hi, We are wishing to hire a technically superior leader as a '**Head of Center of Competence (CoC) for Electronics and Systems design'** for its Research and Innovation Centre at **Noida location **for **"Havells"** This position will be reporting to **Head of Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Electronics, Bangalore.** **Experience **:12-16 years **Work Mode**: Work From Office **Notice Period**: Max 45 Days He/she will be responsible for electronics system design for varieties of high end products manufactured by Havells and to enable the development of 'best in class' core technical competencies. He / She will help Havells grow its competitive position in the markets - both which are served by the current product portfolio as well as look into potentially new product spaces and also strengthening our current product offerings by bringing in more innovative/robust design techniques in our existing products. The CoC will be dedicated to developing tomorrow's electronics systems using the most advanced technologies, especially advanced semiconductors, control, and software approaches. **Duties** **Responsibilities** - Lead detailed engineering analysis of new and existing designs to verify robustness and design intent and guide team members. - As a technical lead, leads a team of researchers/Engineers to deliver electronics systems and solutions - Evaluates various technological solution relevant to CoC and ensure the best fit for the right product solution and the business need - Manages the development of the technical resources including training, skills development etc. - Lead development of novel power conversions/inversion, conditioning systems designs - Model, simulate and realize electronics systems with optimized hardware/software co-design - Analyze & capture Internal/ External customer, compliance (safety, EMI) and manufacturing requirements **Qualifications and Experience** - Should be a B.E/B.TECH/M.E/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputed institute with 12-16 years of relevant Industry experience in Electronics System Design & Development function. - Thorough knowledge of electrical, electronics circuit design /various power conversion topologies and control. - Control theory & algorithms. simulation environment like MATLAB/P-SPICE etc. - Extensive experience and strong design knowledge of PFC, Resonance converters, Inverters, power Devices etc. - Experience in Magnetics design - Low and High-Frequency Transformers, Inductors, CTs, PTs etc. - Experience and strong design knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit design, ADC, DACs, OPamps, microprocessors, microcontrollers & DSPs etc. - Experience in Firmware Development for real-time control, state machine implementation, and communication protocols - Should have experience in handling and working with stakeholders across multiple regions - Should have a sound business and commercial acumen - Excellent communicator and ability to influence senior leaders and key customers - Excellent team management skill and Should be a people's person with a participative style of leadership **Salary**: ₹3,500,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 10 years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 7904662425
