Enterprise Conversational AI Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive large-scale deployments of conversational AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in translating business objectives into scalable AI-driven initiatives, engaging with senior executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of AI Voice Agents for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Design, test, and optimize AI agents by mapping workflows and refining prompt logic.
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders to develop AI adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features and enhancements aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure measurable outcomes on efficiency, customer experience, and revenue impact.
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams, accelerating roadmap development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI implementation, product management, solutions engineering, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to design and evaluate AI workflows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while delivering results.
