Financial Support Specialist Job Opportunity

This role involves providing expert support to clients globally, ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering first and second-line support to customers worldwide.
  • Designing effective solutions based on client requirements.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure application fixes meet business needs.
  • Proactively reducing the frequency or impact of incidents through problem management.
  • Supporting junior consultants in functional areas while contributing to team success by identifying process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance, either in a support or implementation capacity.
  • Familiarity with all JD Edwards versions up to EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Demonstrable expertise in core finance modules including GL, AR, AP.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
