Senior Manufacturing Technology Lead

Job Description:

Lead the development and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of operational technology (OT) systems with enterprise IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain secure data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Ignition SCADA and Inductive Automation.
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • Experience with OT/IT integration technologies, cloud-based IIoT platforms, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead transformative manufacturing technology projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443, etc.
