Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Alteryx and Power BI developer to join our team at EXL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating dynamic workflows and developing analytics apps using Alteryx and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex Alteryx workflows and Power BI reports to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL and databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Alteryx and Power BI development.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, databases, and ETL processes.
  • Experience working with Alteryx Server and Power BI Service.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python and R within Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of BFSI and insurance industries.
