About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, BI development, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions that meet business needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights through innovative Power BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust Power BI architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Power BI solutions.

- Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with business users to define requirements, design prototypes, and deliver actionable insights.

- Integrate Power BI with various data sources including databases, cloud services, and APIs.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency across different sources.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Power BI usage and data visualization.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power BI solutions, including design specifications, data models, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the value of Power BI solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in Power BI architecture and development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and other data technologies.

- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience design.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable insights.

- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications are preferred.
