Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and be able to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative low-code solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Strategic Architecture : Develop and maintain the overall architecture for Power Platform solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives, technical standards, and future scalability.

- Solution Design : Lead the design and implementation of complex Power Platform solutions for business apps and data-driven enterprise apps, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Technical Guidance : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Technology Evaluation : Evaluate new Power Platform features and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Governance : Establish and enforce governance guidelines for Power Platform solutions to ensure consistency, quality, and security.

- Solution Deployment : Take ownership of deploying and activating a Power Platform solution in Production, driving solution rollout, and enabling adoption with the business user community.

Required Skills :

- Proven track record in architecting and implementing intricate Power Platform solutions, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop model-driven apps (MDA) within PowerApps, leveraging Dataverse.

- Expertise in constructing complex application business schemas in Dataverse and crafting Power Apps aligned with these schemas.

- Proficiency in utilizing a diverse range of components, controls, and interfaces within Power Apps.

- Skilful integration of external data sources into PowerApps and Dataverse.

- Mastery of building event-driven workflows in Power Automate, triggered by data updates.


- Ability to effectively edit, modify, and visualize data within Power Apps UI components.

- Technical proficiency in Power Platform technologies, including Dataverse, Common Data Service, Power Apps components, and Power Automate connectors.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address technical challenges.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

- Proven leadership skills, capable of leading and mentoring development teams to achieve high performance.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

- Experience: Experience with Data Modelling, Data Management, Data Transformation, Business Process Workflows, Intelligent Automation, AI-enabled automation, AI-enabled integration workflow development.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.

Technical Knowledge/Skills :

- Power Platform : In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

- Data Management : Understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data governance.

- Security : Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

- DevOps : Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines.
