Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with AI-driven financial automation and interoperability.

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, supporting invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows, as well as working with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks.

  • Assist in AP and AR Operations: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment schedules.
  • Support Invoice Processing and Payment Workflows: Assist with invoice scanning, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Work with the Finance Team: Collaborate with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to learn how accounting data integrates with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems, and collaborate with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance, as well as basic skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.

A degree in Accounting or a related field is required, and experience with accounting software and systems is a plus.
