Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our end-to-end plant operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across stamping and assembly operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in production planning, quality control, maintenance, and cost management. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Automobile Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Automotive background preferably
