Technical Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks. They will also have experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers working on .NET technologies.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor developers.
- Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
- Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
- Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
