Job Title: Executive Procurement Manager

Location: Bharatpur, India

As a seasoned procurement professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our purchase department. With 4-6 years of experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industries and expertise in import and export activities, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels at warehouses by monitoring stock movements, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing corrective actions.

You will oversee purchasing vendor development through effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Your strategies for supply chain management will aim to optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management, and warehouse operations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of purchase operations, strategies, and best practices
  • Negotiation techniques
  • Vendor management and inventory management systems
  • Analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and systems (such as SAP, Oracle, ERP, Tally etc.)
  • Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Fluency in Telugu language
