Electrical and Instrumentation Expertise Sought

This is a full-time role for an electrical systems specialist based in our facility. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems used in thermal engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts
  • Select sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters
  • Create PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated system delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site
  • Maintain accurate documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta)
  • HMI/SCADA development
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan, and Excel
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance
