Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Case Management: Manage support cases from initiation to closure, ensuring timely issue resolution and follow-up.
  • Knowledge Base: Publish high-quality technical documentation in our Knowledge Base, including technical bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and more.
  • Travel: Travel to customer sites as needed to resolve critical issues and provide on-site support.

  • Strong Technical Background: Proven experience in a technical field, with expertise in software, hardware, or network systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
