As a Performance Marketing professional, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of targeted paid campaigns across various advertising platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills to optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance by conducting thorough data analysis and implementing effective targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple advertising platforms, including their respective features and best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively and craft compelling visual stories that drive decision-making. Experience with Demandbase or 6Sense for targeted B2B campaigns is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in paid media roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns extensively.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Data Analysis and Reporting are essential skills for this role, requiring the ability to analyze campaign metrics (CTR, ROI, CPC) to identify trends and actionable insights, discuss with internal stakeholders, and make changes to the campaign accordingly.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in LinkedIn Ads, DemandBase, Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).

Collaboration is key in this role, requiring the ability to work effectively with Regional GTM teams, design, content, and web development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in analysing advertising data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in working with Google Tag Manager.
