Thrillophilia attracts 7 million users every month, making it an ideal platform for planning trips. In our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities:- Explain and assist vendors and stakeholders with the accounts payable process.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Resolve any discrepancies in vendor ledger with financial records.
- Send payment requests to Finance on a timely basis.
- Analyze bank statements and resolve payment process discrepancies.
- Generate and approve vendor invoices.
- Resolve vendor payment queries.
- Prepare payment record documents for audits.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, or CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same domain with corporate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.
- Complete knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and laws governing the accounting field.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
